In 2003 n12development purchased a studio in this historic art deco building erected in 1941. The unit had not seen much flair in its time, but has been rejuvenated with outstanding detail. The original parquet floors were refinished and restored to their original golden luster. The kitchen was given a fresh tile floor complementary to the original details still present in the bathroom.
